For over 20 years I’ve transitioned from being a senior executive to becoming a consultant, coach, and organizational leadership expert – helping leaders (in the public, not-for-profit, and private sectors), and organizations identify and stay aligned to their individual or corporate goals.

I hold a Ph.D. in Leadership from Andrews University, USA, and an MBA. I am a certified Business Coach affiliated with the International Coaching Federation and I have worked with several multinational and multicultural leadership teams to achieve leadership and organizational effectiveness.

I’ve spent a significant part of my career studying leadership and how leaders achieve success in some of the most ethically challenging contexts. I have also been surrounded by people striving to make their career dreams come true – from newly-promoted leader-managers to executive directors.
